Comprehensive Spending Review: A letter to the borough chief officers and the leaders says:

The Harrow Council for Justice acknowledges tough times ahead because of the job losses, cuts in social housing, cuts in the borough council funding and inevitable cuts in local spending as part of the recent Comprehensive Spending Review (CSR).
However, the HCJ is interested to hear how the local government would absorb the impact of the CSR particularly with reference to the care and provision for the vulnerable and disadvantaged groups of people in our ‘big society’ who have different but equally important needs.

Note: HCJ will record and highlight responses, including no returns!
